Where are your products made?
All our products are handmade to order in Italy.
What type of fabrics do you use?
For our first collection, we use Yuk, a next-generation water-repellent fabric designed to resist stains from coffee, wine, oily substances, and more. Combining durability, softness, and a natural look, it offers a practical and versatile solution.
It is also available in a fire-retardant M1 version, meeting the requirements of the contract sector.
Composition: 90% polyester, 10% viscose.
Do all your headboards come with removable slipcovers?
Yes, all our headboards have removable slipcovers, except if you choose the tufted option with buttons.
Our cushions feature an invisible zipper, while our ottomans and bench are not removable.
Can I replace my headboard cover ?
Yes, one of Letti Letti's unique features is the ability to order multiple headboard covers, allowing you to change its style to match a new décor or simply your mood.
How do I install my headboard?
Your headboard comes with a pair of brackets, giving you two installation options: mounting it to the wall or attaching it directly to the bed base.
If you prefer not to drill into your wall or don’t have a drill, you can simply slide it between the bed base and the wall.

Do your cushions come with filling?
Yes, our cushion covers come with filling included. They are equipped with a zipper closure for easy maintenance and convenience.
Do your benches require assembly?
Your bench comes with its legs already assembled, ensuring strength and stability.
Is it possible to order one of your products with my own fabric?
Yes, it is possible to create a piece with your own fabric, subject to its compatibility with our manufacturing criteria (dimensions, technical specifications, etc.).

How many samples can I order?
We offer free shipping of up to 3 samples of fabrics and piping to the postal address of your choice.

Your samples will be shipped as soon as possible.
Are your products guaranteed?
Our products are handmade to order with the utmost care.
Letti Letti commits to providing a product that meets your requirements. However, our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and warranty against hidden defects. These guarantees apply for 3 months from delivery, subject to normal use and compliance with the website's recommendations.
If all these conditions are met, Letti Letti commits to providing a full refund.
Are your fabrics easy to wash?
Yes, our fabrics are chosen for their easy maintenance. They offer good stain resistance and are washable at 30°C.
However, to preserve their quality and durability, we recommend dry cleaning or maintenance with a damp cloth and mild soap.
For removable headboard covers, due to their volume, professional cleaning is strongly recommended to ensure optimal maintenance without damaging the fabric.

Delivery
Do you deliver anywhere in Europe?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe, as well as to the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Norway and soon to the United States.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during order confirmation, after entering your address.

What about international taxes and customs duties?
Our products are manufactured in Italy and no customs duties apply for shipments within the European Union.
For delivery outside the EU, you will receive a quote including the corresponding fees.
What are the shipping options?
We work with several carriers (Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DHL, ...) to offer you a wide range of delivery solutions adapted to your needs. Available options and associated costs will be presented during order confirmation.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, volume, and weight of your order.
In Metropolitan France, they are automatically calculated based on your postal address and displayed during cart validation.
For all shipments outside Metropolitan France, you will receive a personalized quote.

What are your delivery times?
As our products are handmade to order, each piece requires specific design and production time.
The delivery time, estimated between 4 and 8 weeks from order confirmation, includes:
- Artisanal manufacturing of your product with the utmost care.
- Quality control, ensuring impeccable finishing.
- Shipping, with carrier appointment scheduling once the order arrives at the warehouse.
This process allows us to ensure a unique, durable product that meets your expectations.
I live upstairs. Where will my order be delivered?
Headboards and benches will be delivered directly to the room of your choice.
Ottomans and cushions will be delivered according to your preference, either at the foot of your building/house or to a pickup point.
Can you take back my old headboard or other piece of furniture?
We only take back the packaging of delivered products.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
In case of notable damage during delivery, we invite you to take a photo and refuse delivery, noting your concerns on the delivery slip.
In this case, we will proceed with an exchange at no additional cost, including delivery fees.
After unpacking, you have 48 hours to report any damage or issues related to your order. We will find the most suitable solution together.
To obtain a return form and necessary transport documents, contact us at hello@lettiletti.com. Our carrier will then schedule an appointment with you to collect the product.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our commercial service.
Refund will be processed within 15 days after receipt and verification of the product in our warehouses, directly to the payment method used for purchase.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your package arrives at our distribution platform, the carrier selected during your order will send you a delivery notice to arrange receipt.

What is your return policy?
In accordance with French legislation, you have a right of return within 14 days from receipt of your order.
To exercise this right and request a refund, please contact our customer service at hello@lettiletti.com, specifying the products concerned.
Before any reshipment, please wait for our return slip.

Return conditions:
Products must be returned at the customer's expense, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Damaged items cannot be returned.
Return costs in Metropolitan France:
Cushions: Free
Poufs: €20
Headboards: €80
For Corsica and other countries, a carrier quote will be provided.
Exclusions:
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured on special request or personalized.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by Credit Card, as well as installment payments via PayPal or Klarna.
Bank transfer payment is also possible upon request. For this, contact us at hello@lettiletti.com.
Payments by check or cash are not accepted.
Refund
Your request will be processed within 15 days from receipt of your package in our warehouses.
The refund will be made directly to your bank account or your PayPal account, depending on the payment method used for purchase.
